i had the weirdest night last night. it was joey's birthday party. the thing about joey is she amazing in everyway. the best comparison i can make is she is similar to Xina in how i can talk to her. not quite the same but she's awesome. anyways, i was only going to stay for half an hour because i was supposed to go to another party and the chico's show. but this guy showed up at the party and i could have sworn i knew him, not just met him before but knew him. so we talked for like five hours or something rediculous and he's a philosophy student and he works in student politics and he's this super amazing guy. the weird part is he could be scotty burmans double two years ago. Weird! anyways the party was great and hanging out with joey was great. i blew off all my engagements but whatever, i'll see everybody tonight anyways.

i got a note from a vertical strut explaining why he didn't play a show a year ago or something. he didn't however apologize for being suepr rude to me and treating me like shit when i tryed to go talk to him in edmonton. now it was a really long time ago and i don't really care anymore but why apologize if you aren't apologizing for what pissed me off? And after all this time what prompted an apology? weird again.

i'm going to forget about all this though and go get drunk at the ted leo show.
